 HOSTETLER
  
 Luella F. Hostetler, 72, Madison, Ohio, formerly of Meyersdale, died
  Oct. 4, 1989, in Meridia Huron Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio.  Born Oct.
  12, 1916, in Somerset County, daughter of the late Clifford and Laura
  (Petenbrink) Bittner.  Preceded in death by husband, Gordon William,
  in 1981, and two brothers, Vernon and Carl.  Survived by one
  daughter, Viam, wife of Thomas Volante of Madison, Ohio; also 5
  grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  Sister of Glenn Bittner of
  Geneva, Ohio, and Kenneth R. of Meyersdale RD 4.  Friends will be
  received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Leckemby Funeral Home,
  with time of service 1 p.m., the Rev. Lamar Bender officiating. 
  Interment, White Oak cemetery.
