 HOSTETLER
  
 Ocy Viola Hostetler, 79, of Garrett, died Mar. 2, 1990, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born Nov. 28, 1910 in Jennings, Md.  A daughter
  of the late Edward and Cordelia (Broadwater) Pritts.  Also preceded
  in death by her husband Frank; son, Frank Jr.; brother, Oney Pritts;
  and sister, Evelyn Saunders.  Survived by two sons: Donald "Dub," and
  Paul, both of Garrett.  Also five grandchildren and seven great
  grandchildren.  A sister of Blanche Newman, of Salisbury; Ethel Wahl,
  Beulah Bittner and Ellis Pritts, all of Meyersdale.  Member of Mt.
  Tabor Lutheran Church of Garrett where she was active in the Lutheran
  Church Women and Bible School.  She wrote for the Meyersdale
  Republican (Garrett Grapevine) for 39 years.  Past president of
  Somerset Co. Fireman Ladies Aux., Past Pres. and Sec. of Garrett Vol.
  Fire Dept. Ladies Aux.  She helped organize the Garrett Senior
  Citizens and was a member of the Meyersdale Senior Citizens.  Friends
  will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at
  the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at
  2 p.m. Monday with Pastor Charles Lady officiating.  Interment
  Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
