 PHILIP S. HOSTETLER
  
   Philip S. Hostetler, 41, of Shanksville, died Aug. 23, 1981, at
  Somerset Community Hospital, as a result of injuries received in a
  car-pedestrian accident Aug. 8.
    He was born July 29, 1940, in Somerset, son of Richard and Irma
  (Schmucker) Hostetler, Berlin Rd 1.
    He is also survived by his wife, the former Victory Baum, and these
  children: Dorothy, Philip Jr., John and Rayna, all at home, brother of
  Spec. 5 Frances, with U.S. Army, Heidleberg, Germany.  He was employed
  by Beatrice Foods, Somerset; and owned and operated bulk milk trucks.
    He was a member of Unity United Church of Christ.
    Friends were received at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
    Services were held at the Unity United Church of Christ with the
  Rev. Wayne D. Sautter officiating.  Interment, Glade Cemetery.
