Hostetler Jr., 81, Rockwood, passed on May 12, 2007. Born Feb. 11, 1926, in New Centerville, he is the son of the late Roy and Olive (Shaffer) Hostetler. He is also preceded in death by his wife Leona in 2005; daughter Debra; brothers, Guy and Benjamin Hostetler; and sisters, Lois Miller and Dorothy Pletcher. Survived by his son, Cary Hostetler and wife, Tami, Rockwood; grandchildren, Natalie and Amanda Hostetler, Christian Harding, Frank Sisic and Matt Faber; and brother, Dean Hostetler and wife, Betty, Somerset. He was a retired truck driver for Cooper and Jarrett and also K-Mart. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy in World War II. He loved to work on classic cars and listen to country music with his son, Cary. He was a member of the New Centerville Chuch of God. Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. The Rev. Timothy Show officiating. Interment at Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
