 HOSTETLER
  
 Vera E. Hostetler, 93, of Berlin died August 22, 2000 at Meadowview
  Nursing Center.  Born Dec. 26, 1906 in Brothersvalley Township.  She
  was a daughter of Ira and Rebecca (Queer) Beachley.  Preceded in
  death by her parents, husband Floyd, infant son, sisters, Edna Boyer,
  Pearl Brant and Helen Cover and a brother Frank Beachley.  Survived by
  these children Richard Snyder and Floyd Hostetler Jr., both of
  Pittsburgh; Geraldine, married to Dale Smith, Berlin; and Eugene
  Hostetler of Curtisville; grandchildren Barbara Spangler, Floyd
  Hostetler, III, David and Keith Smith, great-grandchildren Ashley and
  Charles Spangler, Angie Lough, Logan, Weston and Jordan Smith and
  Tyler Hostetler; great-great-granddaughter Autumn Lough.  She was a
  member of the Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic, Somerset.  Family
  will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Thursday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday
  with Bishop Irvin Knieriem officiating.  Interment, Beachdale
  Cemetery.
