Hostoffer, 81, of 110 Eagle St., Mt. Pleasant, died March 9, 1975, at Frick Community Hospital. Born Jan. 6, 1894, in Broadfort, Pa., son of the late Joseph and Kathryn (Brindlenger) Hostoffer. Owner of the Hostoffer Meat Packing Company. Member of the Mt. Pleasant Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Mt. Pleasant BPOE and an honorary member of the East Huntington Township Volunteer Fire Department. Survived by his wife, Anna Stemmler; one son, Edward E., of Mt. Pleasant RD 1; two daughters: Mrs. Milton (Kathryn) Kuhn and Mrs. Alexander (Rebecca) Echard, both of Mt. Pleasant; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Also survived by one half-brother, Raymond Moser of Scottdale, Pa. and two half-sisters: Mrs. George Sidehammer and Mrs. Marie Lebo both of Mt. Pleasant. Friends will be received at the Luther J. Grimm Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant, from 7-9 p.m. Monday and from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home 1:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Eugene W.
