  CLARA HOTCHKISS
  
    Mrs. Clara Grew Hotchkiss, 75, died Sept. 3 in Bridgewater Nursing
  Home for the Aged in Bridgewater, Va.  Born in Garrett Feb. 23, 1889,
  she was a daughter of Julius and Katherine (Lichty) Grew.  Her
  husband, Thomas Hotchkiss, preceded her in death in 1930.
    She is survived by one son, Dr. William J. Hotchkiss, Broadway,
  Va.; six grandchildren; two brothers, Austin and Hiram Grew,
  Meyersdale RD 1; and a sister, Mrs. Ida Krygsman, Meyersdale.
    She was a member of the Main Street Brethren Church, Meyersdale.
    Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon in Thomas Funeral Home,
  Salisbury, with interment in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.  Rev. Robert
  Hoffman officiated.
