He was a son of the late William and Ada Garlitz House, who many years ago lived in the Salisbury community, and is survived by three sons, one daughter and two step- sons. One brother, John, a resident of West Salisbury, also survives. The deceased had been a car repairman in the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad shops at Keyser. His father before him had a long and honorable career as a B. & O. brakeman and freight conductor, and is still remembered in the Salisbury community by many for his congeniality, and many likeable qualities.
