  JOHN W. HOUSE
  
    John W. (Bill) House, 74, of Columbus, Ga., formerly of West
  Salisbury, died June 20, 1981, at his residence.
    He was born in West Salisbury, and was a son of the late John L.
  House and Violet Mae (Short) House.
    He was a veteran of World War II and Korea, and served in the army
  approximately 28 years.
    He is survived by his widow, Ann House; a stepdaughter, Margaret
  McArthur, Columbus, Ga.; five sisters, Katherine Deal, Frostburg,
  Md.; Bertha Laurie, Eckhart, Md.; Freda Walker, Salisbury; Helen
  Walker, Hanover, Md., and Leoda Peters, Cambridge Springs, Pa.
    Interment was in Columbus.
