    Fred Eugene Houston, 70, of Johnstown died April 16, 1997, at
  Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born Dec. 12, 1926, in Central
  City. Son of George and Freda (Zimmerman) Houston. Preceded in death
  by parents and infant sister. Survived by wife, the former Elizabeth
  Hall; son, Daniel, and wife, Leona of Nazareth; stepdaughter, Brenda,
  wife of Robert Fusch of Arizona; five grandchildren and eight
  great-grandchildren. Brother of Homer, Harry, Merle, Dorothy
  McIntyre, Hazel Wilson and Philip. He was past president of Flood
  City Auto Club, Johnstown. Former owner and operator of H&H Coal Co.,
  Somerset. No viewing or receiving of friends. Arrangements in the
  charge of George E. Mason Funeral Home, Inc., Davidsville.
