  HOWARD
  
   Harold W. Howard, 41, Ebensburg Center, Ebensburg, died Jan. 31 at
  Mercy Hospital, Johnstown. Born Nov. 29, 1946 in Somerset, son of
  Paul W. and Corrine D. (Kelley) Howard. Preceded in death by mother.
  Survived by father of Somerset RD 7 and these sisters and brother:
  Ruth, wife of Billie Trent, Beaver; Martha Jean, wife of George
  Barron, Somerset RD 6; Lois M., wife of Thomas Shields, Corsica, Pa.;
  and Roger, married to Lois Bumbarger, Stoystown RD 3. Graveside
  services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Somerset County
  Memorial Park. The Rev. Arthur J. Gotjen officiating. Funeral
  arrangements under the direction of George R. Mason Funeral Home,
  Davidsville. Those who wish may donate to the local Cerebral Palsy
  chapter, 809 E. Main St., Somerset.
