  JUDITH ANN HOWARD
  
  Judith Ann Howard, 83, Somerset, died July 28, 2004, at Siemon Lakeview
  Manor Estate, Somerset.  Born Oct. 19, 1920, in Johnstown, the daughter of
  Edward Gustav and Gertrude Matilda (Johnson) Carlson.  Preceded in death by
  parents, husband Earl Weller Howard who died March 28, 1988.  Survived by
  sons Kenneth E. Howard married to the former Debra Augustine, Somerset, and
  Edward J. Howard married to the former Denise Harris, Somerset;
  grandchildren Brett, Seth and Samantha Howard.  Sister of Mrs. William
  (Adele) McCreary, Johnstown; Mrs. Helen Haupt, Windber; Mrs. Vera Kinskey,
  Johnstown; Mrs. Verna Frontz, Latrobe.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a
  service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday.  The Rev. Roger P. Howard
  officiating.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
