  HOWARTH
  
   Mrs. Frances Estelle Howarth, 91, of Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate,
  formerly of Indian Lake, died Aug. 9, 1983, at Siemon Lakeview Manor.
  Born Feb. 14, 1892, in New Castle, daughter of the late Robert and
  Catherine (Steinbrecher) Cox. Preceded in death by her husband,
  Joseph W. Survived by two children: Robert K. and Lois Jeanne Thorne,
  both of Indian Lake; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
  Member of St. Pauls Presbyterian Church, Somerset. Private memorial
  services will be held with interment following in Beaver Falls
  Cememtery. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the
  charity of choice. Arrangements in charge of Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home.
