  MARY HOWELL
  
    Mary M. Howell, 92, of East Canton, Ohio, died Jan. 5, 1995 at her
  home.
    Born in Coal Run, Pa. on Dec. 13, 1902, she had been a resident of
  the Canton area since 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband,
  Albert F. Howell, who died May 9, 1993; and two brothers: Truman and
  Owen Nolte.
    She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in East
  Canton and a member of the Woodmen of the World.
    She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Robert
  Johnston of Massillon, Oh., and her son and daughter-in-law, Dale and
  Mary Howell of Annandale, Va.; one sister, Mrs. William (Edna) Platter
  of Coal Run; three grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services were conducted at the Reed Funeral Home, with the
  Rev. Bradley K. Peronteau officiating. Interment, Sunset Hills Burial
  Park.
