Humbert, 73, Listonburg, died Dec. 15, 1984, at his home. Born Oct. 22, 1911, in Confluence, son of the late Theodore and Grace (Stairs) Humbert. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Barnhart, and the following children: Harold R. Jr., New Brighton; Harry L., Beaver; Katherine Catanzarite, Rochester, Pa.; Richard Mennell, Clinton; and Wilson Mennell, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Brinkley, Elyria, Ohio; and one brother, Otto Ruhe, East Palestine, Ohio. Preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Vogt. He was a district deputy grandmaster of I.O.O.F., member of the Confluence I.O.O.F. 814, member of the board of directors of the Odd Fellows Retirement Home in Grove City, Pa. Member of the Listonburg United Methodist Church. He retired from the St. Joe Resources. Former businessman of Rochester. Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence from 1-9 p.m. Monday and at the Batchelor Brothers Funeral Home in Rochester from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev.
