Hunter, 95, of Confluence, died May 30, 1995, in Henry Clay Villa, Markleysburg. Born Sept. 13, 1899, in Confluence, a daughter of the late Daniel and Jennie (Fields) Smith. Preceded in death by her husband, Harry J.; a son, William; two brothers and two sisters. Survived by a son, Harry D., and wife, Hazel (Johnson) Hunter of Fairchance, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; also a brother, Daniel Smith of Pittsburgh. Member of Confluence United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, with the Rev.
