  CLYDE R. HUTZELL
  
    Clyde R. Hutzell, 83, of Salisbury, died Jan. 2, 1998, at Memorial
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md. as a result of an auto-pedestrian accident early
  in the day.  Born March 1, 1914 in Springs, he was a son of the late Joe
  and Bertha (Cuschlag) Hutzell.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane
  (Shunk) Hutzell, April 30, 1994, and a son, Paul, Oct. 13, 1996.  He is
  survived by a daughter-in-law, R. Elaine Hutzell, Salisbury, a sister,
  Marion Poorbaugh, Ohio, a grandson, Jody Hutzell, Salisbury and a
  great-grandson, Paul Edward Hutzell.  Member of Saint John's United Church
  of Christ, retired dragline operator for Sanner Coal Co.  Friends will be
  received at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., Salisbury, from 7-9 Sunday and
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.  Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at
  the funeral home with the Rev. Raymond Brown officiating.  Interment,
  Salisbury Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Saint
  John's United Church of Christ.
