Born Nov. 8, 1919, in Somerset County, son of Harry and Julia (Kotko) Huzsek. Preceded in death by parents, a brother and a sister. Survived by his wife, the former Mildred Harmon, whom he married March 11, 1943, and these children: Mrs. Ronald (Carol) Hetzer, and Millan M., married to Alice Walker, both of Stoystown RD 2; five grandchildren. Brother of Charles, Chicago, Ill.; John, Hooversville; Mrs. Catherine Kubek, and Mrs. John (Evelyn) Levechik, both of Windber; Mrs. Thomas (Susie) Simmons, Fort Pierce, Fla.; Andy, and Mrs. Mary Garrett, both of Long Island, N.Y.; and Michael of New Orleans, La. A retired coal miner and retired from C.B. Murray Construction Co. of Johnstown. Member of the U.M.W.A. and New Baltimore Sportsmen's Association. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Remains will lie in state at Otterbein United Methodist Church from 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. J. Wesley Spahn officiating. Interment, Otterbein Cemetery.
