Hyatt, 61, of Berlin, formerly of Confluence, died June 18, 1984, in Somerset Community Hospital. Born Oct. 18, 1922, in Confluence, the son of the late George and Sadie (Johnson) Hyatt. Survived by his wife Arlene (Shumaker) Hyatt, four daughters: Evelyn Colflesh of Ursina; Marlene Shaw of Meyersdale, Joann Casebeer of Berlin; and Judy Migdol of Garrett; 10 grandchildren; a brother, Harold, of Dunbar; and two sisters: Frances Eutsey of Normalville, and Erma Lytle of Ursina. Preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. He was a vet of World War II and a member of Berlin V.F.W. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Ralph Mills officiating.
