  MAX M. HYATT
  
    Max M. Hyatt, 61, Chicora RD 2, formerly of Confluence, died Feb. 13,
  1983, in the Butler Veterans' Hospital.
    He was born March 2, 1921, in Confluence, a son of the late Dewey and
  Margaret (Murray) Hyatt.
    He is survived by the following children: Maxine Shipley, Vermilion,
  Ohio; Beverly Rose of Chicora; and Patricia Wotus of Butler RD 2; and the
  following step-children: David Tressler of Coraopolis; and Barbara Mitchell
  of North Carolina; three grandchildren; and the following brothers and
  sisters: James Hyatt of Baltimore, Md.; Bill Hyatt and Sarah McCarty of
  Colorado; Eva Woods of Maryland; and Nancy Fulmer of Forest Hill, Md.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence.
