Born Sept. 20, 1953, in Somerset a daughter of Wilbur Dean and Evelyn Mae (Pletcher) King of Whipkey Dam Road, Markleton. Survived by parents; husband, Dennis Allen Ickes, to whom she was married for 25 years and these children; Jason A. Ickes of Baltimore, Md.; Jessica L. Ickes of Somerset and Jillian E. Ickes of Rockwood. Sister of Mrs. Gregory (Karen) Worona of Staten Island, N.Y.; Dennis D. King of Bend, Ore.; Perry S. King of Somerset; Jay E. King of Alpha, N.J.; and Mrs. Gregg (Tammy) Snyder of Rockwood. Member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 1971 graduate of Rockwood High School, co-owner of the Amish Peddler Gift Shop and D&P Enterprises of Somerset. Former owner of Mountain Sportswear and Screen Printing. Friends received from 7-9 p.m., Friday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Saturday, at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Sunday, at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, with Pastor Daniel G. Richter officiating. No viewing at the church. Interment in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
