  Romaine E. Imhoff, 83, of Lancaster, died March 22, 1989, at Whitehall Leader
  Convalescent Center, Lancaster. Born in Berlin, daughter of the late Frederick
  and Alice (Deal) Smith. Survived by her husband, Clyde L.; daughter, Mrs.
  George (Mary Alice) Zellem of Lancaster; 2 grandchildren; 3
  great-granddaughters. She was a graduate of Berlin High School and California
  State College. She taught nine years in Berlin Brothersvalley Schools. She was
  a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Fire
  Co. Auxiliary, all of Berlin. Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Friday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, BERLIN, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday,
  the Rev. Melvin A. Kirk Jr. Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Memorial
  contributions may be given to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
