  IRWIN
  
  Mrs. Pearle L. (Jimmie) Irwin, 63, of Tayman Avenue, Somerset, died March 16,
  1978, in Somerset Community Hospital. She was born March 25, 1914, in Upper
  Turkeyfoot Township, daughter of the late William A. and Rebecca Jane
  (Clevenger) Leer. Also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
  Survived by husband, Richard L.; two sons, Richard L. II and James Michael,
  both of Somerset; and four granddaughters. She was a sister of Albert C. Leer
  and Mrs. Elda L. Merrill, both of Somerset. Friends will be received after 7
  p.m. Friday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where service will be
  conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Paul Weber officiating. Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
  the American Cancer Society or to favorite charity.
