  Alex Shawn Jack, three weeks, DeMarco Road, Boswell RD died July 29, 2002
  at Childrens Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 5, 2002 in Somerset.  Son of
  Elliot and Mandy (Walker) Jack.  Preceded in death by great-grandfather
  Freeman "Bud" Fleegle.  Survived by parents, sister Mercedes Ann "Sadie"
  Jack, grandparents Gene and Linda (Pritts) Jack, Boswell RD and Donna
  (Fleegle) Walker, Boswell; Great-grandparents, Beulah (Miller) Fleegle,
  Stoystown, Dave and Louise (Shaulis) Pritts, Boswell RD, and Ruth Jack,
  Boswell.  Also survived by uncles, Eric Jack, Boswell RD, and Robert Walker,
  Boswell.  Aunt Misty Walker, Boswell, and numberous other relatives.  Friends
  received from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny
  Street, Boswell.  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m.
  Friday at Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Somerset Pike, Jennerstown.  Pastors
  C.J. Ickes and Gary Anderson officiating.  Interment, Beam Cemetery, near
  Gray.  In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Childrens Hospital,
  Pittsburgh Foundation, 3705; Fifth Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
