  Mrs. Erma R. Jack, 54 of Central City RD 1, died Aug. 1, 1985, at Windber
  Hospice.  She was born Oct. 26, 1930, in Shade Township, daughter of Orange
  H. Custer of Central City RD 1, and the late Bessie (Orris) Custer.  She is
  also preceded in death by infant brother, Joseph; one sister, Marie Small.
  Survived by her husband, Lynol, whom she married on July 7, 1948; and these
  children: Allan, married to Janet Brown, Stoystown RD 3: Perry, married to
  Rebecca Landis of Landisville; Mrs. Vincent (Bonnie) Stine of Indian Lake;
  grandchildren: Lisa, Kim, Allan, Ian, Meghan, Sara and Sherry.  She was a
  sister of Mrs. Nellie Small; Mrs. Fred (Ida) Leppert; Kermit, married to
  Ellen Duppstadt; and Mrs. Jeanette Frazier, all of Central City RD 1; Mrs.
  Margaret Meals, Atlanta, Ga.; Mrs. Charles (Edna) Robinson, Winter Garden,
  Fla.; Mrs. Virginia McKee, Grove City; Mrs. Donald (Beverly) Penrod,
  Windber; and Mrs. George (Marian) Evans, Walkersville, Md.  She attended the
  Emanuel Baptist Church, Richmond, Va.; formerly employed by J.D. Operating
  Compnay, Cairnbrook, as a supervisor.  Family will receive friends 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be
  held at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Ray H. Streets officiating.  Interment,
  Berkey Cemetery.  If friends desire, instead of flowers, contributions maybe
  given to Hospice-Palliative Unit, Winder, PA.
