  Edward F. Jackson, 72, 247 Melwood Ave., Pittsburgh, formerly of Johnstown,
  died March 10, 1982, at home.  Born May 15, 1909, in Johnstown, son of Frank
  and Mary (Hogan) Jackson.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by widow,
  Mae (Spangler) Jackson, formerly of the Jennerstown area.  Friends received
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 224 Allegheny St.,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Joseph M.
  Beer.  Interment, United Church of Christ Cemetery, Jennerstown.
