  Phoebe Jackson, 87, Meyerdale, died Oct. 30, 1993, in Greensburg
  Convalescent Center.  Born Jan. 30, 1906, in Philipsburg, daughter of the
  late Abraham and Phoebe (Eggeson) Hartill.  Preceded in death by husband,
  John E., in 1980.  Survived by sister, Verna, wife of Herman Sayre of
  Ellwood City.  Retired telephone operator for Bell Telephone.  Friends
  received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Leckemby Funeral Home, where service
  will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Carl P. Mitchell.  Interment, Locut
  Hill Cemetery, Chester, W.Va.
