  Anna F. Jacobs, 84, of Ursina, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 1980, in the Fazio
  Nursing Home, Markleysburg.  Born Feb. 16, 1896, in Ursina, a daughter of
  the late Leroy and Sabina (Rush) Forquer.  Preceded in death by her husband,
  Thomas J.; two brothers and three sisters.  Survived by 10 nieces and
  nephews.  She was a life long member of the Ursina Church of God, and the
  W.F.C.S. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Saturday at the Humbert
  Funeral Home in Confluence, where funeral services will be held Sunday at 2
  p.m. with the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating.  Interment Jersey Cemetery.
