  Gustave W. "Gus" Jagnow Jr., 78, Trent, passed on Jan. 21, 2005, at Somerset
  Hospital. Born July 18, 1926, in Baldwin Township, the son of the late Gustave
  W. and Nora (Gillespie) Jagnow. Preceded in death by his parents; Gustave
  "Butch" Jagnow III, and sister Louise Chiodo. Survived by his wife of 55 years,
  Sophie (Bobish) Jagnow; son, John Jagnow, Trent; grandchildren, Eric, Gustave
  IV, Jacob and John Jagnow; brother, Willie, married to Pearl Jagnow, Rimersburg
  and sisters, Elsie, married to Harry Grant, Fairhope, Ala., Hilda, married to
  Don Booze, Venetia and Clair, married to Wendell Narrod, Upland, Calif. He was
  a veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II. Retired carpenter who was a member
  of the Carpenter's Union Local 142 in Pittsburgh since 1947. He was a
  superintendent for Ragner & Benson Co. in Chicago. Friends may call from 2 to 4
  and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be
  held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Homer Painter officiating. Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.
