  Dorothy Reis James, 65, Somerset RD 3, died June 1, 1995, at home.  Born
  Aug. 2, 1929, in Confluence.  Daughter of Mary Wright Reis.  Survived by
  husband, Jerry Veil James, to whom she was married for 39 years, and
  children: Jerry Melvin James of Somerset, Mary Veil James of West Chester
  and Alan Reis James, engaged to Cindy Zimmers of Somerset; uncles: William
  and Harry Wright, both of Addison, and Clarence Reis of Baden.  Graduated
  from Bryn Mawr School of Nursing and received her master's degree in
  nursing and received her master's degree in nursing from Indiana University
  of Pennsylvania.  Retired from the Somerset and Shanksville-Stoneycreek
  School Districts in 1991 as a school nurse.  Member of Delta Kappa Gamma
  Society Interantional, serving as president in 1991; Somerset County School
  Nursing Association and Trinity Lutheran Church.  There will be no viewing.
  Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the trinity Luthern
  Church, the Rev. Robert L. Hoover Jr. and Rev. H. James Meyers officiating.
  Interment, Somerset Coutny Memorial Park.  Delta Kappa Gamma will conduct a
  graveside memorial service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made
  to: Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, 3459 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa.  15213;
  Amercian Cancer Society Box 364A Somerset, Pa.  RD 5, 15501; Somerset "In
  Touch" Hospice 651 S. Center Ave., Somerset, PA 15501 or Trinity Lutheran
  Church, 918 Tayman Ave., Somerset, Pa.  15501.  Arrangements by the
