James, 62, of Vermilion, Ohio, died February 16, 1990 at Lorain Community Hospital. He ws born in Salisbury Jan. 11, 1928, a son of the late Luke and Jean (Farner) James. He was preceded in death by a daughter Vanda Jean, in 1980 and a brother, Donald, in 1976. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Marcia; daughters, Mrs. Jeanie Lindsey, of Norwalk, Ohio and Mrs. Marcia Mosijowsky, of Vermilion, Ohio; a son, Michael, of Huntville, Ala.; seven grandchildren and brothers Frank, of Meyersdale; Thomas of Mount Union, and Mark, of Salisbury. He was served in the U. S. Navy and the Merchant Marines during World War II. For the past 30(?) years he resided in the Vermilion, Ohio area where he was retired from the maintenance department of Ford Motor Co. He was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion, with the Rev. Louis Bertoni, pastor of the United Church of Christ Congregational, Vermilion, Ohio, officiating the services. The Republic, March 1, 1990 [J0049]
