Jarosick, 58, Huntingdon, died Sept. 4, 2004, at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon. Born July 5, 1946, in Somerset, a son of Joseph and Ann (Kowalczyk) Jarosick. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by wife, the former Mary Ann Ciccarelli to whom he married April 19, 1975, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Huntingdon; daughter, Michele A. Jaroscik and fiancee Jeffrey B. Smith and a grandson, Jacob Alexander Smith, all of Lititz and sister, Patricia A. Jarosick, Boswell. Member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Huntingdon. Board member of Notre Dame Club of Central Pennsylvania, treasurer of Huntingdon County Chapter, Pa. Association of Retired School Workers and member of P.A.S.R. Graduate of Jenner-Boswell High School Class of 1964. A 1969 graduate of Clarion State Teacher's College with a bachelor's degree in education and continued working to his master's degree in education also from Clarion. Employed by Huntingdon Area School District where he taught earth and space science at Huntingdon Junior High School and Huntingdon Area Middle School, retiring in 1999 with 30 years service. Avid Notre Dame fan and also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Friends may call at the Robert E. Peters Funeral Home in Huntingdon after 7 p.m. Tuesday where vigil service for the deceased will be held at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 6th and Washington Sts., Huntingdon. The Rev. Fr. David J. Areseneault as celebrant. Committal at Holy Cross Cemetery, Huntingdon. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 501 Howard Ave., Bldg.
