    PAUL A. JEFFREYS

    Paul A. (Jake) Jeffreys, 70, of Confluence, died May 9, 1978 at home. 
  Born April 24, 1908 in Addison, he was the son of the late Albert C. and
  Maude (Hardy) Jeffreys.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Viola Fike, four sisters, Mrs.
  Pauline Yoder of Oakland, Md.; Mrs. Mary Brown of McKeesport; Mrs. Mae
  Turney and Mrs. Bessie Williams, both of Acosta, and one brother, Thomas H.
  also of Addison.
    He was a veteran of World War II.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where
  services were held with the Rev. McCurtis Allison officiating.  Interment,
  Addison Cemetery.
