Born June 3, 1923 in Cove, Md., a daughter of Judson and Mary Nee (George) Holliday. Survived by her loving husband, caretaker and constant companion of 54 years, Thomas Hardy Jeffreys; a son Rick Thomas and his wife the former Mary Harmon of Addison; a daughter, Janet Marie Nolf and husband William R. of Confluence; five grandchildren: Ryan Thomas Jeffreys and Jecelyn Jeffreys of Addison, William R. Nolf II and his wife, the former Jolene Mosley, of Decatur, Ga., Kimberly Ann Nolf and fiance Scott, of Washington D.C. Teresa Riskus and husband Carl of Ursina, and one great-granddaughter, Sadie Elzine Riskus. Sister of Richard Elmer of Dunedin, Fla. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters: Martha M. Holliday and Virgie Oester; and nine brothers: Raymond G., John H., Frederick A., Stanley, who was killed in World War II, Wendell Webster, Sherman Grant, Kemreth C., Chester and twin Wilbert Eugene. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Addison and the Church Ladies Quilting Association.
