    Thomas Dale "Hippy"  "Yogi"  Jenkins, 56, Grantsville, Md., died Nov. 30, 2007, at his
  home. Born June 30, 1951, in Cumberland, Md., a son of Leota "Odie"  (Witt)
  Jenkins, Grantsville, and the late Robert Jenkins. He is survived by his
  wife, Kathleen Lavon (Ludden) Jenkins; one son, Justin Michael Jenkins and wife, Heidi,
  Monroe, N.C.; one brother, Ralph Jenkins, Grantsville; and one sister, Nancy Pugh and
  husband, Bill, Waco, Texas. Mr. Jenkins was a truck driver for Action Mining and was a
  member of Trinity United Church of Christ. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller
  St., Grantsville. A service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity United Church of
  Christ. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be
  in Trinity Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Trinity United Church of
