   Ida E. Jock, 80, Whistler Road, Stoystown, died unexpectedly Oct. 19, 2006, at home.
  Born Dec. 6, 1925, in Kantner, daughter of James and Mary " Myrtle"  (Croyle) Hagans.
  Preceded in death by parents and brothers Dean Hagans and Vernon Ray Paul. Survived by
  her husband James; twin children, Donna Jean, married to Phillip Gardner, Somerset and
  Donald James, Dover, N.J.; grandchildren Kristi, married to Brad Lorence, Somerset and
  Kelli, married to Jason Belanger, Mount Pleasant; great-grandchildren Adam and Amy
  Lorence. Also survived by a brother, Donald Hagans, married to the former Opal Rose,
  Kantner; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ida and Jim would have celebrated their 58th
  wedding anniversary on Oct. 23. She was a 38-year breast cancer survivor. She attended
  Kantner United Methodist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and
  great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. At her
  request, there will be no visitation and a private service will be held for family. Rev.
  Don Kephart officiating. Interment Otterbein Cemetery, Wilbur. In lieu of flowers,
  contributions may be given to Kantner United Methodist Church, Stoystown, PA 15563.
