  Henry G. "Peg" Johns, 77 of Hooversville RD 1, died Jan. 16, 1986, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born March 21, 1908, in Hillsboro, son of the
  late Joseph and Emma (Rummel) Johns.  Also preceded in death by five
  brothers and one sister.  Survived by his wife, the former Helen Corbett,
  whom he married April 24, 1934; stepson, Dwight Corbett, married to Verda
  Rose, Latrobe; grandson, the Rev. Rick Corbett, married to the former Rev.
  Louise Abercrombie, New Concord, Ohio; and great-grandson, Philip. 
  Brothers of:  Mrs. Sherman (Josephine) Seese, Jerome; Mrs. Guy (Ethel)
  Shaffer, Hooversville, RD 1: Mrs. Don (Fay) Shaffer of Hanover; Mrs. Thomas
  (Fern) Dabbs, Windber; and Mrs. Esther Turk of Windber RD 1.  Was retired
  from Sardoni Construction Co. and Jenner Township Police Department. 
  Member of Grace Lutheran Church, Stoystown, and Roof Garden FOP Lodge 98. 
  Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday
  at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Monday, the Rev. Walter J. Emswiler officiating.  Interment, Custer
  Cemetery.
