   Robert A. Johns, 84, of Salisbury, died Nov. 11, 2007, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital,
  Johnstown. Born Sept. 30, 1923, in Salisbury, the son of the late Walter S. and Annie
  (Murray) Johns. Preceded in death by brother, Frank S. Johns and sister, Dorothy E.
  Hornig. Survived by a sister, Myrtle Bodes, Salisbury and these nephews and nieces, Jack
  Johns and wife, Helen; Herbert Hornig Jr. and wife, Nancy; David Hornig; Elizabeth Ann
  Sumter and husband, Tom; Tom Bodes and wife, Pat and Sandy Bodes and wife, Cathy. He was
  employed as a truck driver and sawmill worker, retiring in l985. Robert was a member of
  Main Street Brethren Church, Meyersdale. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Tuesday at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where
  services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Robert Stahl officiating.
  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Main Street
