    ADAM D. JOHNSON
  
    Adam D. Johnson, 90, of Meyersdale, died Sept. 8, 1975, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital. Born July 8, 1885, on Garrett RD, he was a son of the
  late Daniel and Susannah (Handwerk) Johnson.  He was preceded in death by
  his first wife, the former Bell Morgan; and his second wife, the former
  Alice Albright.
    Surviving are these children:  Lester C. Johnson, Gibson Lake, Pa.; Earl
  E., William A. and Mabel, wife of Richard Schrock, all of Meyersdale RD 4;
  Thelma, wife of Sylvester Martz, Meyersdale RD 1; Luella, wife of Clarence
  Decker, Meyersdale RD 3; and Pauline of Meyersdale; also 21 grandchildren,
  44 great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
    He was a retired farmer, blacksmith and carpenter, and was a member of
  Center Lutheran Church.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday morning in Leckemby-Price Funeral
  Home, Meyersdale, with Rev. John Fenton officiating.  Interment in Center
  Lutheran Church Cemetery.
