  Annabelle (Heckman) Johnson, 82, of Takoma Park, Md. formerly of Thomas
  Mills, died Oct. 17, 2002 in Bethesda, Md.  Born Dec. 22, 1919 in Jerome,
  daughter of Charles and Daisy (Ewig) Heckman.  Preceded in death by parents
  and sister Dorothy Blough.  Survived by sister Josephine Griffith of Boswell
  RD.  She was a desk clerk for the Madison Hotel, Washington, D.C.  A private
  family viewing and service will be held.  Interment at the Maple Spring
  Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Humane Society
  of Somerset County, P.O. Box 182, Somerset, Pa. 15501.  Arrangements by
  Hoffman Funeral Homes, Boswell.
