She was born February 16, 1923 in Meyersdale. She was the daughter of the late Merle & Gladys (Njos) Dively. Preceded in death by husband, Roy C.; brother, Merle D. Diveley; sister, Mary Pritts; son, Richard D. Maust. Survived by Randy C. and wife Sharen; John G. and wife Patty; Daniel L. and wife Sue; Fred E. and wife Michele, Garrett; Ronald M. and wife Vanessa, Beltsville, Md. Daughter-in-law Nancy Maust, Somerset. Survived by these grandchildren: Jerry Maust, Brian Maust, Vicki Close, Susie Kurtz, Jeanne Johnson, Wendy Sanner, Julie Morgan, Jeff Johnson, Victoria Johnson, Valen Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Jesse Johnson, Jenna Johnson, Erin Johnson, Marty Johnson, Austin Johnson and Larissa Johnson. Also survived by these great grandchildren: Brian Maust Jr., Michael Myers, Gary Kurtz Jr., Holly Kurtz, Dustin Close, Danielle Close, Trina Sanner, Kaitlyn Wisor, Michael Morgan, Ashlyn Johnson, Paige Johnson and Nathan Johnson. She was a sister of Victor E. Diveley, RI; Betty Bungard, Meyersdale; and Helen Wagner, Salisbury. She was a member of the Center Lutheran Church and Salisbury Luthern Church, a Summit Twp. democratic committee person for 25 years, and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She enjoyed playing the piano, playing bingo, working on crossword puzzle books, an avid reader and a listener of all kinds of music. Friends were received Sunday from 2 to 9 p.m. at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. On Monday, she was taken to the Center Church to lie in state. Time of service was from 10 to 11 a.m. with Pastor David Fetter officiating. Interment at Center Church Cemetery. The family suggest contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in her name.
