    Helen R. Brant-Johnson, 65, Central City, died Nov. 19, 1996, at home. 
  Born Feb. 18, 1931, in Union, S.C., daughter of James and Maggie (Manley)
  Gillian.  Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Donges A. Brant Sr.;
  second husband, George H. Johnson; daughter, Emily Hackenburg; seven
  brothers and sisters.  Survived by these children:  Linda A., married to
  Anthony McKenzie, Berlin, and Donges Allen Brant, married to the former
  Lynn A. Duray, Johnstown; grandchildren:  Brian and Tanya Walker, Eugene
  Niehenkic III, Carly Ann and Gillian Hackenburg, Andrea and Michael Brant;
  also two great-grandchildren.  Sister of Marie McLellan.  Ernest Gillian
  and Betty Jean Honney.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Friday at Deaner Funeral Home Stoystown.  Memorial Service will be held at
  10:30 a.m. Saturday at Westmont United Methodist Church, Menoher Blvd.,
  Johnstown, with Pastor Dale Shunk officiating.  Instead of flowers,
  memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
