    Malinda Johnson, 85, of Garrett, died June 14, 1996, at Meyersdale
  Manor.  Born July 4, 1910, in Garrett, daughter of the late Samuel C. and
  Ida Alice (Nicklow) Tressler.  Preceded in death by husband, Elmer, and
  brother, Jonas.  Survived by a daughter, Alice, wife of Hubert Yutzy of
  Timonium, Md.; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild and two
  great-great-grandchildren, Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.,
  Sunday, at Leckemby Funeral Home where service will be 2 p.m., Monday with
  pastor Shimer Darr.  Interment in the Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
