    JOHNSON
  
    Viola B. Johnson, 96, Patriot Manor, died Nov. 17, 1997, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born July 26, 1901, in Kingwood, daughter of the late Harvey and
  Ellen (Sanner) Faidley.  Preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Johnson,
  in 1977, and sons: Ray and Guy Johnson; sisters: Grace Zufall, Emma Snyder,
  Ora Fite, Estella Shaffer and a brother, Mahlon Faidley.  Survived by nine
  grandchildren, 16 great- grandchildren and seven
  great-great-grandchildren.  Sister, Hazel Fern Head, Somerset.  Member of
  Middlecreek Church of Brethren.  Retired from Somerset County Institutional
  District and later the Somerset State Hospital.  Friends will be received
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home,
  Somerset, where funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday,
  with the Rev. Gerald Deffenbaugh officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
