  JOHNSTON
  
  David A. Johnston, 62, of Berlin passed away on Oct. 7, 2003 at home.  Born
  Sept. 23, 1941, in Westmoreland County he is the son of the late Clyde and
  Sara (Johnson) Johnston.  He is preceded in death by his parents and
  brothers, Bill and Johnny Johnston.  He is survived by his daughter Melissa
  Boden of Rockwood; brothers and sisters: Shelby, married to Harold Harmon of
  Stoystown, George Johnston of Berlin, Donna, of Marion, Ohio, Donald
  Johnston of Somerset, Geraldine, married to Jim Harrington of Somerset,
  Helen, married to Ricky Pensyl Sr. of Berlin and Clyde, married to Gloria
  Johnston of Berlin.  He is also survived by his special friend Roberta
  Miller of Rockwood and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be
  received from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, with a
  service to follow at 7 p.m., Rev. Chauncey Ickes officiating.  Interment at
  Sarver Church Cemetery.
