  Ralph E. Johnston Sr., 42, Boswell RD 1, died unexpectedly July 31, 1980,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Oct. 12, 1937 in Jenners, son of
  Charles T. and Edith R. (Ogline) Johnston.  Survived by parents, Jenners,
  and these children: Penny, wife of Dayle Lynn, Hermine; and Ralph Jr.,
  Eugene, Pearl and Wayne, all at home; also one granddaughter, Katherine. 
  Brother of Dorothy, wife of Larry Dixon, Stoystown RD 1; Patricia, Jenners;
  Mary, wife of Jack Wagner, Central City RD 1; Richard, married to Doreen
  Colbert, Salem, Ohio; Doris, wife of Albert Lape, Jerome; Jennie, wife of
  Robert Swarner, Friends RD1; Janet, wife of Bruce Baker, Boswell; Linda,
  wife of James Shepley, Stoystown RD 1 and Larry, Jenners.  Member Jenner
  Rod and Gun Club.  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m.  Saturday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main Street, Boswell,
  where services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Chauncey J.
  Ickes.  Interment, Jenner Crossroad Cemetery.
