  Ephriam Christopher Jones, 75, of Clover Hill road, Somerset, died Nov. 8,
  1983, at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born June 28, 1908, in Westmoreland
  City, son of the late Joseph and Naomi (Whitmore) Jones.  Also preceded in
  death by a sister.  Survived by wife, the former Mary Weaver; daughter,
  Mrs. G. Wilson, (Jolinda Meyers) of Somerset; and two grandchildren,
  Christopher and Amy.  Brother of Mrs. Emma Warner, Grand Rapids, Mich.;
  Mrs. Hilda Kauten, Blue Island, Ill.; Mrs. Viola Densmore, Chester, W.Va.;
  Mrs. Georgean Stanfield, French Lick, Ind.; and Mrs. Hazel Garlitz,
  Somerset.  A member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Somerset Lodge 358
  F&AM, Altoona Consistory Jaffa Shrine, Somerset Volunteer Fire Department,
  FOE and American Legion.  Veteran of World War II.  Friends will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Wednesday (today) at the Hauger Funeral
  Home where service will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Harry
  Sherry officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
