Born Oct. 7, 1907, in Somerset, daughter of the late Daniel Webster and Daryl (Kifer) Weller. Also preceded by her first husband, Norman E. Kneeper Jr. in 1961; second husband, Walter N. Judy, June 11, 1986; and one brother, James Edward Weller. Survived by these children, Norman W. Knepper, Somerset RD 1; Mrs. Charles M. (Irene) Miller (Hickory Hill) Somerset; and five grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Marie Speicher, Somerset; and Daniel Weller, Columbia, Md. A retired elementary school teacher, she taught at Patriot Street School for nine years and the Shanksville-Stonycreek school district for 11 years. She owned and operated the Mother Goose Nursery School for 10 years. Member of First Christian Church. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday (today) at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m., the Rev. Gene Sellers officiating.
