Union St., Somerset, died April 10, 1980 at her residence. Born in Somerset Township, daughter of Ross and Emma (Stern) Adams. Preceded in death by first husband, Ernest J. Ludy; second husband, Walter H. Judy; parents; four sisters; one daughter; and two grandsons. Survived by these children: Harold R. Luby, Ledyard, Conn.; Robert C. Ludy, Somerset; Emily Madden, Reton, Wash.; Ernest (J.R.) Ludy, Somerset; Mary Jane Wirick, Westland, Mich.; Virginia Trent, Plymouth, Mich.; 19 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Olive Lape and Verda Mae Harkcom, both of Somerset. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, past president of F. O. E. Auxiliary, past president of V.F.W. Auxiliary. Member of auxiliary to the Somerset Area Volunteer Fire Department, Senior Hospital Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, volunteer to "Meals on Wheels," served on Somerset Borough Election Board of 20 years. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Pastor H. James Meyers officiating. Interment, Casebeer Cemetery.
