All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ _______________________________________________ MARY MADELINE KAMP March 11, 1928 - Nov. 30, 1999 Mary Madeline Kamp, 71, of 1374 Chestnut Ridge Road, Grantsville, Md., went to be with the Lord while her family was by her side on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1999, at Memorial Hospital. Born March 11, 1928, in Meyersdale, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ida (Foy) Klink. She was also preceded in death by three brothers: Lawrence, James and Paul Klink. Mrs. Kamp was a homemaker. She was a faithful member and Sunday School teacher at Trinity United Church of Christ, New Germany. She was also a member of Woodmen of the World and the secretary of the Trinity Guild for many years. She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Mrs. Kamp is survived by her husband of 52 years, William H. Kamp, two sons: William "Pete" K. Kamp and his wife, Joann; and Robert D. Kamp and wife Misty, all of Grantsville; and three daughters: Sharon "Sherry" L. Tedrow and husband Terry, LaVale, Md.; and Cynthia "Cindy" S. Fisher and husband Phil; and Vicki K. Broadwater and husband Randy, all of Grantsville. She is also survived by a brother, Oscar Klink, and his wife Ruth, of Garrett; a sister, Katherine Remley of Charlottesville, Va.; a sister-in-law, Delores Klink of Meyersdale; three grandsons: Aaron Fisher, Robbie Kamp and Travis Kamp, all of Grantsville; four granddaughters: Lori Smith and husband Craig, of Rawlings, Md; and Megan Kamp and Sarah and Kristan Broadwater, all of Grantsville; and one great-grandson, Wyatt Smith of Rawlings. Friends were received Dec. 1 at the Newman funeral Homes, P.A., Grantsville. Services were conducted Dec. 2 at Trinity United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Raymond Brown officiating. Interment was in Trinity Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers were Craig Smith, Aaron Fisher, Mike Remley, Randy Klink, Darrell Klink and Tom Klink.
